Very disappointing experience.
I visited this branch around 2:40 PM and asked for their 4-course meal (the one shown in their advertisement). The staff member at the counter said it was out of stock and told me to come back after one hour. When I returned, the same person said the 4-course meal was only available till 3:00 PM — which made no sense since he was the one who asked me to come back later.
When I asked for clarification, his response was vague and unprofessional. I let it go and ordered a medium pizza instead. Before confirming, I specifically asked if it includes the 3 free sides (drink, fries, and garlic bread), and he said yes.
However, when the order arrived, I only got the pizza. When I asked about the sides, he claimed I hadn’t mentioned it was a combo. I reminded him that I had clearly confirmed this earlier, but he kept changing his statements. After multiple arguments, he finally agreed to give the sides — but they came very late, one by one. The drink was served only after we finished eating, and the fries quantity was very little.
To add to this, the same staff member was talking and laughing with others, which felt very disrespectful.
To be honest the pizza itself tasted good, but the overall service and attitude completely ruined the experience.
Also, the advertisement for the 4-course meal (photo attached) doesn’t mention any timing or stock limits, which is misleading. In contrast, Domino’s displays their 4 couse lunch meal offer with clear timings and details (photo attached). They are literally next to each other.
Pizza Hut seriously needs to improve its staff professionalism, customer handling, and clarity in offers. A good product loses all its value when customer experience...

Pizza Hut is running nothing short of a cheap scam. I booked a Swiggy Dine-In table, went with my family, placed the order — and only after everything was done, they shamelessly told me they don’t accept Swiggy dine-out offers. When I asked why they are even listed on Swiggy and letting people book, they had no answer. This is deliberate cheating to pull in customers. With kids sitting there, I had no option but to go ahead and pay the full inflated bill. And the nightmare didn’t stop there — it took 45 minutes just to get the first pizza, and every single thing — from table cleaning, ketchup, to plates — we had to literally beg and call multiple times. The service was pathetic, careless, and insulting. I’ve never experienced such a disgusting level of service in my life. Pizza Hut has clearly lost all standards. Even if they offer food for free, I wouldn’t step into their outlet again — and neither should you.
🚫 Caution to everyone: Do NOT fall for their Swiggy, Zomato, or EazyDiner gimmicks. It’s a trap to lure people, and once you’re inside, they dump all those promises and make you pay in full.
Save your money, time, and self-respect. Stay as far away from Pizza Hut...
Read moreThe upkeep of the washroom and the wash basin area was worst. Smelly, unclean and there is not even a liquid soap to wash hands. The container was empty. Small peek in to the kitchen showed garbage lying on the floor. When asked about this condition to the staff, they simply replied that 'it is how it is cause many people use it'! Yes, it's obvious that many people use it but it is the duty of the management to make sure it remains clean and hygienic. That's least expected from an international chain Pizza Hut!
Moreover, the staff were unengaging and not so responsive. The service staff kept wet plates on the table and when we asked bout it, he simply pointed tissue papers and asked us to wipe with it!
There were times when we go to Pizza Hut to get good authentic pizzas but now what they call it a Pizza is not pizza at all. It lacks flavor, quality and it's just some toppings on a bread. Cost cutting is evident on the plate.
I don't think we would go back to Pizza Hut for Pizzas anymore. We have given more than few chances and this is the third branch which fails our expectations. The management needs to routine check the condition of the restaurant and the staff needs to be trained properly. Overall it's not worth...
