One of the worst customer centric person you guys have placed in your restaurant. I came today to enquire for organising a birthday party for 100+. The person who addressed us for the enquire is the worst among I have seen so far. He doesn’t know the meaning of word professionalism or neither customer management. He was so rude tat he is not willing to answer for anything. Any queries asked to him for sure the answer expected was so rude tat it makes the opposite person to lose their coolness. I have been a regular visitor of this restaurant for occasions and family get together and tat was the main reason I approached for the party hall booking. Almost I finalised this and thought of booking it today. But the reason I was given really made me to think for a while tat my biggest mistake was to step in here. At one point I thought tat he is not the right person to speak ans asked him to route me to the manager here for booking, immediate answer from him was an the General Manager here and tat with a kind of some rude tone ( his name was Pawan and not sure if he has given me his correct name or not). In my experience I don’t even consider this person to be a even welcome boy in reception who has such high attitude. Really was in a king of dissatisfied situation here and I don’t think to even visit in future for a meal to this restaurant. If there is someone who is really educated and professional here in this restaurant please educate him on how to speak with customers. Very disappointing. I don’t have a negative comment on the restaurant or the food here expect this guy who keeps a tag in his forehead as GM. I strongly recommend tat something has to be done to address this else am 200% sure tat in near future you guys will slowly stop getting any party orders. Just think about me as an example for sure am not gonna make here any further so my family or friends as I would be sharing this negativity with them. You guys have to strongly rethink about this. Anyways thanks for your hospitality tat you show to...
Read moreNEVER.... Yes NEVER try Biriyani there ever.. Biriyani tastes like nothing here.. I have eaten here 3 to 4 time and at Perungudi over 4 times and 2 times at Greams road Sea shell, their Biriyani taste somewhat okeyish, but now WORST.. Also most of time, after eating biriyani, I feel like going for restroom immediately.. Never experience, this with other restaurants.. Something annoying.! But other than Biriyani, everything other is good, not the best though, but good.. I have ordered Chicken/Mutton Kadai gravy from there over 100 times via Swiggy/Zomato and they taste very good every time.. Bread items (Roti items) are mostly good.. But sometimes the size is small.. Noodles does taste good, too veggis and no spice.. Grill/BBQs taste good and juicy but sometimes are over burnt.. So, Please AGAIN dont try BIRIYANI here..
Service - Its used to be normal in past. But now WORST.. They dont know how to serve.. They probably dont know the meaning for Starters.. Starters (the name itself states it) should be served before main food.. But they served it 10 minutes after serving Biriyani.. I could not wait, because if I waited the biriyani will get cold.. Also I ordered soft drink, they said they will check availability, but NEVER got it..
So avoid dining here.. Food deliver is good here.. I think since its a north Indian multi cuisine restaurant Roti varieties and Gravies taste good here BUT...

The menu boasts a diverse selection, featuring both classic and innovative dishes. The appetizers are well-portioned and flavorful, with the truffle-infused bruschetta standing out. For the main course, the grilled salmon is cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and complemented by a rich, creamy sauce. The steak, another highlight, is juicy and expertly seasoned.
The dessert menu does not disappoint, with the signature chocolate lava cake being a must-try. Paired with a well-curated wine list, the overall dining experience is elevated further.
While pricing is on the higher side, the quality and experience justify the cost. The Gourmet Haven is a top-tier restaurant that excels in every aspect, making it a go-to destination for food enthusiasts seeking an...
