We bought tickets at the company's office in the port. Two ladies arrogant and their behavior terrible. We went from Bali to Nusa Penida- for 12go the price is 110k Rp per person. In the office they will tell you the price of Rp 200k per person!!!! Never buy your Bali boat tickets at the office or anywhere other than Online. The price will always be higher! when we confronted the ladies that the online ticket is 2x cheaper, the ladies didn't care at all.

DO NOT ENTERY THEIR OFFICE AT ALL!!! YOU WILL BE ROBBED LIVE!!!

The ship left late. There are small places in the ship. A tall person's feet won't fit in there. The ship is insanely hot, no air conditioning, minimal fresh air. And instead of 30 minutes, the boat goes for 45 minutes and more!!!

Also expect to be robbed at the port on Nusa-Penida!

When you arrive you have to pay the entrance to the island which is 25k or 30k Rp per person. It's OK. Subsequently, the taxi mafia will attack you! They will take you to the hotel for 200-250k and more!!! They have an agreement between themselves that the minimum is Rp 200k!!! So even if you live 10 minutes from the port, you still pay Rp 200k!!! And BEWARE! when you take a taxi out of the port, they will still stop you at the exit and the taxi driver will tell you about another 5000 Rp for the port entrance fee!

TIP: Try to go away from the main part of the port. Walk 200m further and then ask for a taxi to the hotel or a driver there. In the event that no other driver can hear you to report it. It is possible to get a better price, for example Rp 80-100k to a hotel near the port. The sad thing is that even from the hotel they will write to you that the taxi price for 5km and 10 minutes drive is 200/250k Rp.

Avoid this company! They cannot be trusted. I bought a ticket online, several weeks before my trip, and I received a confirmation email… and they charged my credit card… and they sent a reminder email, the day before, confirming my boat ticket. I arrived at their NusaPenida office an hour before my booked reservation, on April 23, and I was told that Angel Billabong had cancelled all their boats that day for a religious festival. They took my money online, but did not honor the reservation. A bunch of other people were in the same situation, scrambling to find a boat to Sanur. I could not get a boat with any other company until 4:30 pm - which meant I waited at the hot harbor for hours… and missed out on my afternoon plans in Bali. Another couple was going to miss their flight from Denpasar because Angel Billabong did not honor the tickets they bought online. It was a terrible situation for so many people that day. Avoid this company! Their tickets cannot be trusted. They take your money online when they KNOW they will not be providing...

We paid 285000 idr for each trip (return ticket as well), which meant we would be travelling in a bigger boat (according to the pictures shown in the website) and we ended up travelling in the one that cost 150000 idr. I travelled with my family (5 members) and we basically paid almost double the price to make sure we were more comfortable just to end up in the chepear boat. It was late both on the way to Nusa Penida and on the way back. We also paid the return ticket at 16:40, and thankfully, we arrived at the port at 15:55 to check in at 16:00, because as soon as we got there, we were told there was no such a thing as a boat at 16:40, even though I showed them our tickets, and we had to take the boat that was leaving at 16:00 (which was also late and ended up leaving at 16:30).
