The location is absolutely stunning. The view and design of Savaya are truly impressive and make it a unique place in Bali. Unfortunately, the overall experience didnât quite live up to what I was hoping for.
The food was fine but nothing special, and the drink selection was rather limited. Seating options for guests without a reserved table were very restricted, which made it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere comfortably. The minimum spend of 8 million IDR for the most affordable table is quite high, especially considering that we were two people and still spent around 5 million IDR without receiving any added comfort or seating. This clearly shows that the concept is mainly designed for VIP and lounge guests. More than half of the stage area was blocked off for lounges, leaving the rest of the guests in a tight and crowded space.
The service in the regular area didnât feel proactive or particularly friendly. The staff seemed not very satisfied or motivated. The lighting in this area was also disappointing, as it was mostly dark with just a single spotlight, even though with a small investment they could easily create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
To be fair, the security staff were doing a very good job. They were professional, respectful, and well-organized, which I truly appreciated.
I was genuinely excited to visit this place; it was even one of the reasons we traveled from Switzerland to Bali. The location itself is breathtaking, but overall, it felt more focused on profit maximization than guest satisfaction. Considering that Savaya claims to be the number one club in Asia, I honestly expected much more in terms of service, atmosphere, and overall experience. A real pity, because the potential is enormous. I donât think I...

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this venueâs customer service. On their website, there were two types of tickets for a Halloween event â one for a party starting at 3 PM and another for a party starting at 8 PM. Nowhere was it clearly indicated that these events were taking place at different venues within the same group. Naturally, I was only interested in the evening party, so I purchased a ticket for it.
Only after receiving the confirmation did I realize that the event I bought a ticket for was happening at a completely different location â not at the venue featured on the website. I immediately contacted their customer support, explained the situation clearly, and noted that I had bought the ticket just two minutes earlier. I kindly asked for a refund or an exchange.
Their response was cold and dismissive: âTickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-upgradable.â That was it. No empathy, no attempt to help, no understanding of what proper guest service means.
I ended up losing a significant amount of money because of a confusing website and an unhelpful support team. This is absolutely unacceptable for a venue that positions itself as a premium entertainment space. They clearly have no understanding of what customer care or guest management should be.
Iâm very disappointed and want others to be aware â if you make even the smallest mistake here, youâll get zero support or flexibility. Think twice before booking...
Read moreHonestly, my experience at Savaya Bali was really underwhelming considering the price and hype. From the start, the hospitality felt off â no warm welcome, no one guiding guests, and overall a very disorganized entry experience. For a place that charges over $200 for tickets, I expected at least decent service and basic comfort.
Inside, itâs overcrowded and thereâs nowhere to sit unless you pay extra for a table. The few seating areas available are always packed, which makes it really uncomfortable to stay for long. Youâre left standing for hours in the heat, and the staff donât seem to care or help you find a spot.
The menu is another disappointment â limited options, average quality, and seriously overpriced. It doesnât match the atmosphere or the level of hospitality they claim to offer.
If youâre just going for the music or the view, maybe youâll enjoy it briefly, but for the price you pay, the overall experience falls flat. Poor service, bad accessibility, and zero comfort â definitely...
