The location is absolutely stunning. The view and design of Savaya are truly impressive and make it a unique place in Bali. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to what I was hoping for.

The food was fine but nothing special, and the drink selection was rather limited. Seating options for guests without a reserved table were very restricted, which made it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere comfortably. The minimum spend of 8 million IDR for the most affordable table is quite high, especially considering that we were two people and still spent around 5 million IDR without receiving any added comfort or seating. This clearly shows that the concept is mainly designed for VIP and lounge guests. More than half of the stage area was blocked off for lounges, leaving the rest of the guests in a tight and crowded space.

The service in the regular area didn’t feel proactive or particularly friendly. The staff seemed not very satisfied or motivated. The lighting in this area was also disappointing, as it was mostly dark with just a single spotlight, even though with a small investment they could easily create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

To be fair, the security staff were doing a very good job. They were professional, respectful, and well-organized, which I truly appreciated.

I was genuinely excited to visit this place; it was even one of the reasons we traveled from Switzerland to Bali. The location itself is breathtaking, but overall, it felt more focused on profit maximization than guest satisfaction. Considering that Savaya claims to be the number one club in Asia, I honestly expected much more in terms of service, atmosphere, and overall experience. A real pity, because the potential is enormous. I don’t think I...

Absolutely Terrible Customer Support – a Huge Disappointment

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this venue’s customer service. On their website, there were two types of tickets for a Halloween event — one for a party starting at 3 PM and another for a party starting at 8 PM. Nowhere was it clearly indicated that these events were taking place at different venues within the same group. Naturally, I was only interested in the evening party, so I purchased a ticket for it.

Only after receiving the confirmation did I realize that the event I bought a ticket for was happening at a completely different location — not at the venue featured on the website. I immediately contacted their customer support, explained the situation clearly, and noted that I had bought the ticket just two minutes earlier. I kindly asked for a refund or an exchange.

Their response was cold and dismissive: “Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-upgradable.” That was it. No empathy, no attempt to help, no understanding of what proper guest service means.

I ended up losing a significant amount of money because of a confusing website and an unhelpful support team. This is absolutely unacceptable for a venue that positions itself as a premium entertainment space. They clearly have no understanding of what customer care or guest management should be.

I’m very disappointed and want others to be aware — if you make even the smallest mistake here, you’ll get zero support or flexibility. Think twice before booking...

Honestly, my experience at Savaya Bali was really underwhelming considering the price and hype. From the start, the hospitality felt off — no warm welcome, no one guiding guests, and overall a very disorganized entry experience. For a place that charges over $200 for tickets, I expected at least decent service and basic comfort.

Inside, it’s overcrowded and there’s nowhere to sit unless you pay extra for a table. The few seating areas available are always packed, which makes it really uncomfortable to stay for long. You’re left standing for hours in the heat, and the staff don’t seem to care or help you find a spot.

The menu is another disappointment — limited options, average quality, and seriously overpriced. It doesn’t match the atmosphere or the level of hospitality they claim to offer.

If you’re just going for the music or the view, maybe you’ll enjoy it briefly, but for the price you pay, the overall experience falls flat. Poor service, bad accessibility, and zero comfort — definitely...

A dream come true đŸ„° Such an amazing experience! Went here for post birthday celebrations on a not so busy evening and I’m happy I did! Absolutely enjoyed our time over here, the atmosphere is electric and the sound system, lighting and vibe is đŸ”„ the staff were cool and helpful. Can’t wait to move to Bali and experience Savaya on a more regular basis 🌟 I recommend if you’re in Bali with friends a table surely makes more sense if you’re drinking or just out to have a fun evening! Also try getting on the guest list to avoid the entrance fee which was about 250k per head just to enter.

It is a unique experience. Savaya Bali is truly one of the most stunning venues on the island. Perched high above the cliffs of Uluwatu, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean that make every moment feel special. The location alone is worth the visit, especially at sunset. The design of the space blends luxury and nature beautifully, creating an atmosphere that feels both exclusive and relaxed. Whether you’re there for a daytime pool session or an evening event, Savaya delivers an incredible experience with its world-class setting and vibe. Highly recommend! 🌅✹

We were there during the week. Music was great but actually not sure if it was playlist because one time we hear a commercial sound in the background. Location ist nice. During the week you pay entrance fee as well but there were only around 30-40 people there. If you want to order sth the stuff tell you that you only be able to drink at this table if you book it. During the week they shouldn’t take the entrance fee because it is not worth it.
