Summarecon Mall Serpong — Attraction in Kelapa Dua

A typical mall like any othet mall elsewhere, co,mon brands for appaeel, mobile phones, and restaurants. There are two food court serbing local foods with card system. You deposit money on the card and pay what you buy each time for different stalls by deducting yhe amount. You can get refund for balance amount when you finished, but if you deposit by credit card, it is not refundable. The food courts are located in the top floor at opposites wings. And off course, the theathef XXI group is here also at the top floor. One distinct thing about this mall, is the open air down town walk, an alley across yhe mall located in open air with restaurants on both sides. Live music available at 2 points in the alley. Crowded during weekday and weekend nights all up to mid night. Not so much of children playground but there are fish ponds and at certain our children are allowed to feed the fishes. Here payment are by cash or credit cards or e money. Series of coffee shops, and yes including starbucks, are open for business along the alley. Car park are plenty but weekend can be hectic to find parking space, basement are favourite, open space at the front and sides of the mall are also plenty. The building are at least 5 or 6 floors for parking, afai during weekend you can end up at the top level and still not getting a space. Access are plenty so long lane to access from main road ussually not long, but after entrance can be problematic. Restrooms are plenty and well managed, but several points have tiny supply of water. Friendly mall for elderly and disable with supporting facilities and walking path, wheel chair are available for free with your ID card as the deposit assurance. Not many seaying and resting sites, i guess you are expected to visit one if the plenty restaurants and ir cafes if you need a short break...

My favorite place to hangout and spend time with my family and friends. First of all this mall have a lot of food place to eat, one of my favorite is sagu it gots a vintage decoration and feels from indonesia at 90s, the food also taste really great. At downtown junction there is literally 3 stage for live performance, 1 of my favorites is the beatles night that plays at monday night, the people are overcrowded and all of us can dance all night long while abadi soesman band play the songs from the legendary band. I also always watch movie here in xxi which located at the 4 floor near the food court. It got a lot of studios, even a cinemax one. I really like watch movie, and i got to watch some in cinemax its a really cool experiencewith the graphic quality and dolby atmos sound. The xxi also got a premiere studio and lounge, for those who likes to watch a movie with some class and premium services and facilities. This place also got gramedia book store, which i usually come to, to get some books and stationery. I also likes to get some mangas and magazines. This place also got a lot of sport store, such as sport station, puma and adidas, it got a lot of good deals and collection to. The parking lot also big, so i dont have to worry about getting here. One problem is motorcycle parking got no roof, so sometimes when it rains the motorcycle got wet and when its hot the seat is really hot. But it gots place to store our helmet, so its pretty nice because we can also wash our helmet there. Its also got special motorcycle parking slot in east lobby for motor with 250-399cc, and another slot in main lobby for motor with more than 400cc. Summarecon Mall Serpong (SMS) is a great all-in-one spot in Gading Serpong. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Plenty of parking available, both indoor and outdoor, which is convenient. 

The variety of stores is impressive—ranging from fashion brands to electronics. I especially like the Downtown Walk area; it’s open-air and has a nice ambiance, perfect for evening strolls or casual dining. The food options are diverse, from local Indonesian dishes to international cuisines. Tried a few places, and the quality has been consistently good. 

Entertainment-wise, the cinema is modern and comfortable. They also host events occasionally, which adds to the lively atmosphere. The mall is family-friendly, with play areas for kids and plenty of seating areas for resting.

Service throughout the mall is generally good. Staff are helpful and courteous. Security presence is noticeable, which adds a sense of safety.
