Was expecting this place to be a big rip off as all the drivers in the area try to take you there. Turns out the prices were actually okay. There's no negotiating on price, everything is labelled with the price tag. When looking around we found that the sticker price was still cheaper than the prices you haggle out on the streets or at other markets.

The range and variety was good, but of course it is mostly commercial stuff, so you're not likely to find a lot of unique or hand crafted things here.

You do receive a sticker upon entry to the building, which is a bit weird. But from a Google search it seems like whichever driver dropped you off gets a commission from your sale. So you'll usually find your driver makes an excuse to stick around (like wait for the next customer booking, need toilet, etc.). They're basically waiting to collect the commission after you shop lol. With that said, we spent an hour in the store looking around and didn't see our original driver after the initial drop off - so not sure if he stuck around or not? Also they will ask you for your sticker when you go to buy at the counter. We said we didn't have one and they said, oh okay don't worry and proceeded to process the transaction anyway.

So it's a great store, good range, good prices, and you don't feel scammed. But I don't like the commission setup with drivers, and you do miss out on the Bali market experience. But it's a safe option for those who hate...
