My family and I went here last Sunday. It was my first time. As a first timer, my first impression is high class! It is one of the high class seafood restaurant in Kuta! The place is really strategic because it is around the heart of crowded Kuta where it is really next to Joger. However, the price is really expensive for me. I don't really know about the price, but my family and I spent about 9200k for 12 people + 3 takeaways food + reserve VIP room. I was shock when hearing the price because it was too pricey if I compared to one best and fresh restaurant seafood in Serangan. But, the place is really clean, no flies would irritatte us while eating our food, and the bathroom was really clean and smells good. When I went inside the restaurant the vibes of high class restaurant is felt and then my aunt reserve a vip room, so it feels like entering double vip room in one placeš . The service was really great! First, the staff came with a hot water and pour it in a glass that fulls of spoons, forks, and chopsticks. It helps to sterilize those cutleries. After that, they would ask our drinks order. For your information, I recommend you to order ice tea because you would get ice tea in a big glassš . Please never order coconut in a glass, I suggest you to order whole coconut because when the coconut in a glass is really in small glass and I think they use 1 coconut to make 2 glass of coconut in glass. I almost forgot the important thing, before you enter the restaurant, on the left wing (when we face the restaurant), there is some aquariums where our candidates of live seafoods would be chosen. They have many variations like Kerapu macan, Udang Ronggeng, Kerang Gajah, Kerang Dara, Kerang Batik, Cumi salted egg, etc ofcourse with many kind of seasoning! You can choose it by yoursef. For the freshness, it's okay but I just felt the restaurant in Serangan is fresher than here. However, the place is far away to be compared! This place is more comfortable, clean, there's no stingy smells in the room, and for kids you are so lucky because you can get your free ice cream! If you have enough money, I recommend you to try this seafood...

Extensive menu, fresh and delicious live seafood, huge parking area, and reasonable price that comes with a comfortable seating area. Probably the only one in Bali that gives you a VIP and VVIP room with karaoke set-up. Talk about extravaganza.
We ordered fried shrimps Sentosa and Chongqing's fish soup, both were delish and not a common menu you can find in Bali. We couldn't finish the portion so the staff kindly arranged take away boxes. Also, they serve 4 kinds of dipping sauces, they were soooo sooooo good! Sambal bawang is my favorite, followed by sambal istri. The other two were delish but not my cup of tea.
Food came in like 10 minutes, which was superb.
Attentive service, two thumbs up from us, apparently this is the opening team from Jakarta, so I could only hope it won't go downward when they leave, which usually happens to almost all establishment in Bali.
There's only two downside dining here so I hope they really can improve sooner :
Low quality of white rice used, even my local Padang eateries do not serve this kind of white rice which is not white at all. It falls on darker or grayish looking rice. Why must you taint your reputation for some penny saving?
There's no small size fish, we had no choice to pick the smallest size which is 800gr, how could two people finish it? This is sending impression that the restaurant only welcome people more than 4 pax, not couple like us.
Overall, yes it's still a good experience. The bill came at less than 400k for 2 pax, as they were giving a 20 to 25 percent discount. Mind you that the service tax is 5 percent on top of government tax 10 percent.
To be honest, I didn't expect a reputable seafood restaurant is willing to compromise its brand by using low grade rice, and charging us 10k per portion. We Asians love our rice, kay so please upgrade...

Early check-in be damned ā we ditched our ride and hopped in here instead.
This was right after a mortifyingly bad (and overpriced) seafood dinner at Bawang Merah, Jimbaran. Mortifying, because Iād hyped it up to my friends as the place for seafood⦠only for the night to end in an expensive, disappointing disaster (story for another time).
Best. Decision. Ever.
It was easily the best meal we had the entire time in Bali ā and at reasonable prices too.
For around 900K IDR, we had: A medium crab (700g) in Nusantara sauce A āsmallā steamed garlic shrimps Spicy asam duck soup (Sup Bebek Asam Pedas) Mantous Kangkong
Every dish was deLISH ā full of flavour, freshness, and just pure yum, especially the shrimp and crab (lesson learnt: go BIG next time). And given how we had less than an hour before we really HAD to leave for the airport⦠it also tells you they serve their food fast.
Especially loved the massive chilli bar with over 10 different sauces and sambals ā heaven for spice lovers like me! This instantly became my #1 favourite place to eat in Bali. Not Top 10, not Top 5⦠The Top.
The best way to end our trip and have faith restored in...
