Tanamera Coffee Krisna Bypass — Restaurant in Kuta

recently visited this coffee shop and left feeling a bit confused. One thing that stood out right away was the lack of distinction between the cups used for iced and hot beverages. With the price they charge, it felt awkward to see both drinks served in the same small-sized cup. As a result, the drink emptied so quickly that I couldn't fully enjoy it.

The taste of the coffee was good, but honestly, it didn't stand out from what you’d get at any other coffee stall. It was satisfying but not particularly memorable.

The dessert I tried was way too sweet, almost to the point of being overwhelming. It’s definitely not something I’d order again.

On the positive side, the place is small and cozy, with a friendly staff. The customer service, especially from the barista, was excellent. You can tell they are skilled and passionate about their craft, which was one of the highlights of the visit.

As we were early at the Krisna Oleh Oleh Bali, we first stopped at the Tanamera Coffee at the ground floor of the shopping mall. The guy who serves us is kind and accomodating. He even let us take his picture in the shop. I had Cappucino ar IDR49k and my son had the flat white also for IDR49k. We took the Klepon cake at IDR28 k and a banana caramel for IDR44k. Tanamera used to be a breakthrough coffee shop chain in Indonesia. The quality of coffee beans is almost perfect, the coffee drinks selection is excellent, the shop vibe is great.

Now, I just ordered a caramel latte which was way too sweet, an ice red velvet which was tasteless and a klepon cake which was super dry. And it costs 2-3 times more than their competitors like Arabica, Fore or Imadji.

I don't mind paying more for a good coffee. but all I got was a rubbish which are taste worse than...
