GRANDIOSE!!! The MOST beautiful building in the entire city, hands down. Walls and Dome Ceilings are all covered in white, green and blue glass giving the shine of a thousand stars in the sky. Even with these amazing pics captured here, camera fails to capture the true brilliance of its beauty. Remember that it's a fully religious place and tourists are more than welcome, however the decorum of the place needs to be respected and maintained. On entry, take some time for yourself to absorb the beauty pf the place before right away starting to click pictures, which seems a little inappropriate and disrespectful at least to the worshippers inside. Entry is free and the local hosts are more than friendly and offer visitors snacks and tea

A very charming experience. This is one of the monuments in Iran decorated with mirrors and lighting but what really set it apart was the bunch of imams who decided to have a chat with us. It ended up in an extremely friendly and interesting discussion and we even got offered some rosewater and dates (during Ramadan). No issues with taking pictures & filming inside, no trouble with sporting an uncovered tattoo sleeve.

This has to be one of the most beautiful man made places my eyes have ever seen. From the outside, the Persian tile work is gorgeous but not that different from most places in Iran. The true glory of this site lies within. Once you walk in you’ll probably stop dead in your track from amazement. The entire interior of this shrine is laden with intricate mirror work in ornate geometric patterns. It’s simply outstandingly beautiful and you could easily sit down and stare off into the splendor of it all for quite sometime. Just be aware that this is a shrine and a place of worship so make your way inside with respect and don’t whip out your camera and start a photo shot with disregard to where you are. People are more than happy to let you inside even if you’re not Muslim but just take care and be respectful so...

Ali Ibn Hamze Shrine is not only beautiful in its architecture, but also remarkable for the way visitors are treated. We were welcomed with such warmth, respect, and genuine hospitality that it truly left a deep impression on us.

Among all the shrines and religious sites we visited in Shiraz, the staff here stood out with their kindness and attentiveness. Their approach should honestly be a model for all other similar places.

This visit was not just a cultural stop — it was a heartfelt, spiritual experience. Highly recommended to anyone...
