Anahita Traditional House — Restaurant in Shiraz

I recently visited this restaurant, and while I had high expectations, my experience was somewhat disappointing. The Zereshk Polo was not up to the standard I had hoped for – the taste was off, and it didn’t quite match the authentic flavors I’m used to. Additionally, the Chelo Joojeh Saffron, which was supposed to be a classic dish, had a strange red color and tasted of paprika rather than the usual saffron flavor.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite ordinary, and I’ve seen much more beautiful restaurants in Shiraz that offer a more inviting and enjoyable dining experience. Lastly, the service was also not very impressive – the staff could have been more attentive and professional.

Overall, it wasn’t the experience I was hoping for, especially given the many great dining options...

A Disappointing Experience at Saray-e Anahita – Vakil Bazaar, Shiraz

We visited Saray-e Anahita for lunch, hoping to enjoy a pleasant experience after exploring Vakil Bazaar. Unfortunately, what we encountered was one of the most frustrating dining experiences we've ever had.

We ordered two main dishes (Khorak-e Darbari) along with appetizers (eggplant halim and abdoogh khiar). It took over 40 minutes just to receive the appetizers, which were both overpriced and lacked quality. After waiting for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes, our main courses never arrived—and no one came to explain the delay or check on us.

When we finally went downstairs to the counter to follow up, we were surprised to find that our order hadn’t even been properly registered. What made it worse was the staff’s dismissive and unprofessional attitude—there was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

We left deeply disappointed and will definitely not return. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

تجربه بسیار ناخوشایند در سرای آناهیتا – بازار وکیل شیراز

به‌عنوان کسی که با اشتیاق برای صرف ناهار و داشتن تجربه‌ای خوب به سرای آناهیتا در بازار وکیل رفتیم، متأسفانه با یکی از بدترین سرویس‌دهی‌هایی که تا به حال تجربه کرده‌ام مواجه شدیم.

پس از نشستن و ثبت سفارش (دو خوراک درباری و پیش‌غذا شامل حلیم بادمجان و آبدوغ‌خیار)، بیش از ۴۰ دقیقه طول کشید تا فقط پیش‌غذا سرو شود؛ که آن هم بسیار گران و بی‌کیفیت بود. بعد از یک ساعت و ۲۰ دقیقه انتظار برای غذای اصلی، بدون هیچ اطلاع‌رسانی یا عذرخواهی، مجبور شدیم برای پیگیری به صندوق مراجعه کنیم. در کمال تعجب، نه‌تنها هیچ پاسخ‌گویی نبود، بلکه متوجه شدیم انگار اصلاً سفارش ما ثبت نشده بوده!

در نهایت هم با برخورد نامناسب و بدون هیچ توضیح یا جبرانی، محل را ترک کردیم. این تجربه برای من و همراهانم کاملاً دلسردکننده بود و تصمیم گرفتیم که هرگز به این رستوران بازنگردیم. به‌هیچ عنوان...
