I told the little boy I mind we were going there for a special day, he was super excited, checked the website and the price. Once we were there they said he couldn’t play as he was 4 and the minimum age is 5 yo even if he was taller enough. I asked if I could come in with him, I was told that no, even with me he wouldn’t be able to play. He was very upset and also was I, when I told the girl on the reception that they should have bigger advertisements about this on the website, she was rude saying they have it, but no, they don’t have in clear and proper words this information on the website. As an adult we can understand that but it’s very frustrating for kids and it almost ruined our special day. They said they have a toddler time in the morning but it was about 1pm so only available next day. I’m posting pictures of the website so you can make your own judgment if it’s clear enough this info on the site, also very rude and disrespectful way to talk to clients. I was genuinely concerned with what I was going to tell him.

Handy location a few minutes off M50 in Sandyford, ample parking most times. Good value, safe, clean, well run, great fun and good exercise with a good level of physical activity, obstacle course, dodge ball, trampoline, gladiator game, foam pit, jumps, swinging rope. Kids of all ages buy must be over 1 meter tall and adults will like it also. Solo, couples, families, small groups, parties and corporate team building are all catered for. We usually go first hing in morning when it is quite. Friendly staff. Cafe and snack bar serves hot and cold drinks and snacks ( bars and crisps and sweets), no cold or hot food.

Kids had a great time, but anyone not jumping had to stay away from viewing areas. We couldn't keep an eye on the kids unless we bought a band. We could buy tea/coffee but we had to drink them outside in the rain, no shelter outside either. The children were Not allowed to take a sip of their drinks inside the building, they had to go out to the car park to have a drink, not safe! Ridiculous rules by jumpzone. I was handed a tea cup but tongs were used to give me sugar and spoon 🤷🏻‍♀️ will visit again when my kids can drink inside safely

A fun place - ruined by fun police…rude management…first & last time.

On the whole a great place for kids to get some exercise - but just WOW for rude, snotty management staff.

We ended up having a glitch with online booking where our 5 person booking got split over 2 consecutive time slots. We tried phoning the displayed phone no - NO answer.

When we arrived to explain - a short blonde lady - who seemingly missed basic customer management training - stoney faced and cold throughout- told us we had to pay again to enter…the reason being - it was our fault we had missed the first slot. Even though the place was half empty AND there was construction ongoing in the play area reducing the availability of one key play feature.

A second management type intervened when we protested - saying they needed us to pay again - and would refund us…we never received the refund. The customer was told, in no uncertain terms - we were wrong and pay up!

The overall attitude was completely unforgiving, unmoving and frankly a total vibe killer before we even entered. We cracked on for the sake of the 3 kids with us and hour drive to get here (bad traffic).

Ironically we were scoping it out for a 15 person birthdays party!!!!!

As it’s a time based system, you wear bands to determine when times up.

My son had climbed a feature to jump off - when a member of staff told him to come down rather than actually jump off. It took longer to come back down than jump!!!

Hope you have a better experience. Another fine example of top notch customer service...

Appalling customer service with nonsense policies aimed to exploit parent's money and children's health. I booked for my son and his two friends to go to JumpZone about an hour and a half before the actual jump time. One of the friends couldn't make it. When I arrived to check-in and request a refund or a credit, I was told that 24 hours notice is required for any refunds. This is nonsensical as it would be impossible to give 24 hours notice! On another occasion, we brought a group of kids for an open jump. At the end, we sat in what was on that occasion a quiet cafe area. I had bought coffee for myself and had brought healthy food for the kids as the food on offer is junk food. We were asked by staff and management to pack up our food and leave. This policy of no healthy food permitted (either brought or sold) with just junk food on display is exploitative. To encourage children to use considerable amounts of energy but then prohibit healthy food must be in contravention of any sensible guidelines for establishments catering primarily to children. I would also seriously question their own commitment to health and safety. The compulsory safety video is absolutely inaudible at peak times and the subtitles are farcical given most of the younger children will not be able to (or interested) in reading them. It's just a tick-box...

❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️Zero stars I will never step foot in this place again! My 2 children where with a bunch of other kids today for a birthday of my nephew and they where treated disgusting by grown adults loosing patience with a 5 year old and laughing in there face when they hurt themselves telling them to 'get up and get on with it" even doh the child was crying. I brang this up with the staff at the desk and they shrugged there shoulders at me like notting was wrong. We also payed on hear for 1 hour and the kids got less then 40 minutes and then told to get of in a angry manner. It was brought to there attention but they couldnt have any words as of to why? We were told we were late but yet at check in(8 minutes late to be precise) an another mum had asked was this a problem will they still get there hour and they said YES This place is run very poorly and I will never ever step foot in again 😢 I was supose to book 26 kids in hear for July but it won't be happening as I ain't going back. No refund or anything crying kids and told after they caos they caused they can't do anything about a refund or even half a refund for half the time. Also no complaint forms available as of to why they don't know apprently. Stay well clear place is mad expensive and they treat your...
