Havnt had a Pizza Hut since they closed down in Dundrum many moons ago.
Wanted a deep dish pizza which is hard to get in Ireland but ended up here on my venture, was very happy with it even though they “had no deep dish dough left” but the woman behind the counter said she would try her best. Me and my partner were very happy with it, look at the end of the day it is a takeaway pizza & was exactly what I was craving so I would give it a 9/10. Not the best pizza I EVER had but as I said for what it was a takeaway pizza it was more than I was expecting and also the price was very reasonable €9.50 for a medium pizza with garlic dips. The menus also have coupons in them which you can tear out that give you additional deals and discounts, something I havnt saw in a number of years.

Read moreI contacted the Sanford Pizza Hut to place a collection order for a small personal meal of a pizza and wedges. However, during the order process, the lady on the phone responded disrespectfully, instructing me to "shut up" and further insinuating that I sounded like a child and a scammer, despite my polite inquiry. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation and assure them of my genuine intent to place an order for lunch, she dismissive attitude persisted. Additionally, she refused to take the order over the phone, insisting that I come into the shop instead. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that the person I was speaking with was indeed the manager. She kept hanging up the phone call on me. Upon visiting the shop in person to address my concerns, I was provided with the manager’s personal email address to file a formal complaint, which actually turned out to be her own personal email. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with the level of customer service provided, and as a result, I no longer want to be ordering from there. Very disappointing...
