The management is disgraceful here, we rang up about our food being pink after we ate half and asked for a refund. the manager then came to our house to check the chicken out for himself. He proceeded to scream in my dads face and got up in ours saying that 18 year olds don’t have common sense when it comes to knowing if chicken is cooked, he then left and came back and abused us the next time around too. He asked for the bag of food back and rang us to tell us that we weren’t getting a refund because half of the food was missing. And said that the chicken is also good to eat when it was clearly pink, I have worked in the food industry around chicken and know when chicken is raw!! The manager is a liar. He said we would get our refund on the phone and in person first time around , but when he rings again after he has the food he proceeds to tell us we’re not getting it anymore !!! i ordered food from this restaurant and it took over 1 hour and a half hours but i didnt mind the time taken for the food to arrive, my problem was that the food came cold and was not even luke worm, i called the restaurant up and talked to the manager. The manager was rude and wouldn’t let me speak and would not let me explain my problem, i tried to ask him why it came cold and at what time the food was finished cooking and was ready for delivery so i can estimate the time taken to from the restaurant to my house and see how long it took for the food to get as cold as the food came (keep in mind its a 10min drive to my house),anyways he completely ignored me and started yelling telling me it was “ very hot” and the food was still in perfect condition and so on. overall...

Zero stars if that were possible. Absolutely horrible place. Paid €25 for a mega box plus delivery. It was covered in huge grains of sugar, sickly sweet, like chewing sand. Completely inedible. Rang the takeaway and they claim that it wasn’t a mistake and that’s the “way the spices are made”. I explained I had never had huge grains of sugar in SALT and chilli chicken. He said it was my fault for not liking it and that they couldn’t refund me for inedible food before HANGING UP ON ME. Extremely rude person on the phone.
