They have a lot of nice exhibits but the tour guides are full of apikorsos they dont know basic halachah and thier hashkafa is messed up. They think that you can build the keilim of the beis hamikdash and it will be used when moshiach comes. First of all there are so many opinions and shitas on how the kielim were made and they failed to mention that also you can't build the kielim of the beis hamikdash since we are all tomieh mes and when I asked the tour guide this and I brought sources from rishonim and halacha sforim they told me to be quiet or they will throw me out of the tour. When finally someone can challenge them they throw them out. I left there with a bad experience and a bad feeling of them misrepresenting the kielim of the bies hamikdash. They are Zionist and they are from the type of people that try to bring the korbon pesach every year on har habayis. Also it's very expensive for what they show you its...

What a big disappointment. I have visited this place 2 different times before and enjoyed it. This time there was no live guide, it was all by movie. As the movies played they tried to emphasize certain paintings and artifacts they produced by using lights shining down in them. The lights didn’t work and we had to use the lights on our phone. In fact, the 3rd little movie clip stopped 2 times part way through and started all over again. It was so frustrating our whole group walked out. I complained after and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. Wow. Poor customer service. I’ll never bring a tour group here again. Avoid this place like the plague. A...

We had a really interesting and enjoyable time, as the 2 of us were the only ones in our group. I have to say, it makes it a lot more fun and informative to get up close to everything and be able to take your time and look closely and thoroughly without guilt, plus no chatter around. We loved the two videos at the end!

Great if you want to support the work going on there! Disappointing as there was not much to see for the avid Bible Student that would have studied the Temple and its ministry. Though it does reinforce what is in Scripture. They do bring in some extra Biblical info that is questionable. But overall a unique opportunity!

We really enjoyed this establishment. There was a guided tour, it cost a little extra but it was well worth it. There is air conditioning and the various things they have to show are unique and interesting. They did not allow pictures on the inside so all we are able to do is provide pictures on the outside.
