Good hummus, not the best, but really good. The olive oil that they add to the hummus is very basic, and it's a pitty. The service is ok,but can be slow, it's depends on amount of customers. The place isn't big, just 5 tables, each one with 4-6 seats. You can also take your hummus with you. The price is OK, 15 NIS for plate of hummus and couple of onions. You can also order some chicken with rice, and two other dishes, but mainly it is a hummus place.

Wow, so authentic experience! No doubt the best hummus i ever ate! All is made on-place, with local ingredients. You might want to arrive there before 12.00AM because they might close when all food is gone. Strongly recommended!

Just hummus, but The Real Deal. Opens 9am and already it’s hard to find a seat (the place can only hold around 30 people). You can have it straight or with chickpeas or ful or both. Simple, fresh, and delicious.

The four of us stood together with their parents at the age of 15 minutes right in front of the chef, they just wanted to take a can of hummus to go, but nothing happened. In Hebrew, I told them that we want, they did not pay any attention to us and did not serve us. At the same time, during the time that we stood in the hope that they would pay attention to us and give us a can of hummus, they made probably 30 plates for their Arab friends, who continued to come right from behind us, grabbed their food and ran into the bowels of the market. I do not recommend to anyone, although once a friend treated me to hummus from them - it...

Said to be the best hummus in Jerusalem. Since I haven't tasted all of the hummus in Jerusalem I am not qualified to make that judgement. The hummus is definitely very fresh and pretty tasty but it's not the best hummus I've ever had, by any stretch of the imagination. I did enjoy the bread/pita served with the hummus and the olive oil drizzled over the top of the hummus was so good! Better get here early. He closes up shop when he runs out...
