We were visiting Bergamo from the UK for a weekend and went to watch an Atalanta game. I’d advise taking your passport or ID to the stadium as photo ID was requested on entry. Also, you’ll need passport details when buying tickets on the web site. We walked it from the city centre, about 25-30 minutes, and it felt safe with many police on the route to the stadium, though there are plenty of buses, etc. I’d also recommend buying tickets on the sides of the stadium rather than the ends. Some areas aren’t covered so be prepared in case of rain. There’s a merchandise shop at the stadium but also one not far from the station in the...

I visited the stadium on the day of Atalanta's match against Hellas Verona on 26.10.2024. The stadium is newly renovated, it still smells of newness. There are clean toilets. I have to criticize the worse marking of sectors in the stadium. There was a great turnout of fans in the stadium, so the atmosphere was great. I found it interesting that they have two sectors of ultras fans - one main and the other a little bit weaker directly opposite. The location of the stadium is not right in the center, but they are prepared for it with reinforced connections...

Atalanta vs Inter Milan (March 17, 2025) Got tickets to see this marquee matchup. The stadium is pretty new and fresh. The bathrooms at clean. The food selections were pretty basic. Hot dogs are probably the best option. As a visitor try to get tickets that has the Gold Pass Hospitality. I thought mine had it, but it didn’t. Definitely worth it for the unlimited food and drink perk. Getting to and out of the stadium can be a bit tricky, but Ubers will be able to get in to pickup. Drop off would be outside the outskirts of the stadium probably 5-8min walk.

Visited from Ireland during summer with my son . Was closed for renovations which is fair enough, however it was partially open, I assume for season ticket sales. Loads of young staff available sitting around chatting but no one acknowledged us and made us feel as though we interupted their conversations. Abruptly told us that it was closed, so we left disappointed. Thought somebody might have asked us why we were there (even though it may have been obvious) or where we were from but they all just carried on chatting.
