I bought a used Range Rover from Privacar Bolzano last summer and met with Werner & Samuel. We have had issues with the car (which we told them about) and never received the warranty they sold us. I came to the store in Bolzano (2 hour drive) and spoke to both Werner and Samuel and they assured me their lawyer would call my lawyer and arrange for the warranty amount to be returned because he wasnt able to get the warranty company to cover the car. It has been 2 weeks since I was there and although i have left whatsapp messages i have not heard back. I do hope based on other peoples positive reviews that they will address my issues so that i dont need to go into detail here about what we found out about the car once we ran a history check on it. All I want is to find a solution that works for both of us. I am a reasonable client and I take people's word as truth and Werner gave me his word he would return the warranty money. Please contact me ASAP. UPDATE April 24 - I have not heard back from Werner or Samuel. I wanted to take care of this quietly but if they do business like this then its important for others to know. They sold us a car with a filter issue and a car where the odometer showed less kilometers than the car actually had. In fact when we bought it they told us to leave the car with them for a good car wash and when it was delivered to us it had many more kilometers on the car then when we bought it. We waited to receive the warranty we paid for and had to chase them for it and still never received it. The car has had to go to the shop many times and each time we had to pay out of pocket for the fixes that should have been covered by warranty. When I met Werner in the shop 9 months later he promised me that he had just received the money back from the warranty company and would contact my lawyer to return it to me. He convinced me that he had been tricked into believing he could get a warranty and that he was losing money from it. At this stage we need to hire a strong local lawyer. I want my money back for the car that was sold to me with fraudulent information , I want my warranty money back and i want to give them back this worthless range rover. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON AND THEN EITHER BULLY YOU (which they started to do to me) or FLAT OUT LIE. They should not be trusted. UPDATE June 23 - Werner & Samuel insist that they have no responsibility and have not tried to solve this problem. They sold us a car with a warranty and told us the warranty would be sent to us. They never had the warranty and lied to us. This sale was a FRAUD. Do not buy used cars from them.

Mi sono recato da loro in dicembre 2024 per vendere la mia vecchia auto e per comprarne una da loro. Inizialmente sono sembrati molto bravi e nel giro di qualche giorno sono riusciti a vendere la mia land Rover, lo stesso giorno della vendita ho firmato il contratto per l’acquisto di una Mercedes usata ed ho versato la caparra ed il giorno seguente ho effettuato il bonifico di saldo comprensivo di passaggio di proprietà. Da lì in poi una delusione dopo l’altra: consegna dell’auto: la consegna dell’auto era prevista per i giorni precedenti alle festività mentre invece a causa di mille scuse siamo slittati a dopo la befana costringendomi a passare tutte le festività senza un auto. Consegna del libretto: per più volte mi sono recato da loro in agenzia per ritirare il libretto ma anche lì con mille scuse siamo slittati a metà marzo e questo grazie alle ripetute telefonate di mia moglie. Tagliandi: durante la presentazione della macchina mi è stato garantito che ci fossero tutti i tagliandi e che fossero stati fatti tutti in Mercedes (addirittura dopo la mia richiesta di vedere il libretto dei tagliandi mi è stato risposto che siamo nel 21esimo secolo e che sono tutti “nella chiave” per farmi capire che è tutto registrato digitalmente) ma a distanza di qualche giorno dalla consegna mi sono dovuto recare in officina Mercedes perché la macchina sul cruscotto si era accesa la scritta della manutenzione, andato in Mercedes mi viene detto che mancano gli ultimi 2 tagliandi oltre a quello che dovevo fare, pago la fattura e chiedo spiegazione alla segretaria di Privacar che mi risponde dicendo che saranno stati fatti da un officina autorizzata. Chiedo quindi prova di regolare esecuzione dei precedenti e rimborso dell’ultimo che ho pagato io ed a oggi ancora non ho ricevuto risposta a riguardo nonostante le mie numerose telefonate. Da li a poco scopro anche di dover fare il cambio olio del cambio automatico! Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto né prova dell’esecuzione dei tagliandi né tantomeno il rimborso per quello che ho dovuto fare io.

[Integrazione alla mia precedente recensione]

Non potendo rispondere direttamente alla replica dell’azienda, integro qui la mia recensione. TUTTI i fatti da me riportati sono reali e facilmente documentabili, a differenza di quanto sostenuto nella loro risposta.

L’auto mi è stata venduta come in ottime condizioni e con tutti i tagliandi regolarmente effettuati presso Mercedes-Benz, ma Mercedes stessa ha confermato che mancano ben tre tagliandi, incluso l’ultimo che ho dovuto effettuare a mie spese pochi giorni dopo la consegna. Avevo chiesto più volte di visionare la documentazione, sia prima che dopo l’acquisto, ma non mi è mai stata fornita.

In merito al pagamento: il giorno in cui dovevo saldare il veicolo, ho disposto un bonifico istantaneo, ma per un errore tecnico della banca, il pagamento è stato inviato come “urgente”, arrivando sul conto della concessionaria con un paio d’ore di ritardo. Nonostante questo, mi era stato promesso con certezza che l’auto mi sarebbe stata consegnata tra Natale e Capodanno. Questa promessa non è stata rispettata: la consegna è slittata a dopo l’Epifania, lasciandomi senza auto per tutte le festività natalizie.

Trovo quindi inaccettabile che nella loro replica siano stati usati termini come “diffamazione”, “attento” o persino “estorcere”, rivolti a un cliente che ha semplicemente chiesto un rimborso per un tagliando che non avrebbe dovuto pagare e documentazione mai consegnata.

Preciso di aver tentato più volte un confronto diretto e civile, senza mai ricevere risposte fino alla pubblicazione della recensione.

Non ho mai chiesto nulla che non fosse dovuto, solo trasparenza, correttezza e rispetto degli...

A fine ottobre ho comprato una Punto Evo del 2011. L'auto veniva descritta come ottima di carrozzeria,di meccanica e con gomme in ottimo stato... vorrei ricordare che nel loro sito è chiaramente sottolineato come tutte le auto vengano scrupolosamente controllate prima della vendita...tra gli accessori venivano menzionati tra le tante cose cerchi in lega,sedili in pelle ed hill holder.. ho preso appuntamento e devo dire che Amdi si è rivelata una persona attenta e gentile...i problemi sono cominciati quando, vedendo l'auto ho scoperto che non esistevano ne cerchi in lega ne sedili in pelle ne carrozzeria in ordine( poi scoprirò che non c'è neanche l' Hill holder)... La giustificazione è stata che nella descrizione ci possono essere errori ( secondo me se un'auto viene controllata non si possono fare certi errori...) poi ho scoperto che non era stata fatta nessuna manutenzione cinghia di distribuzione in particolare( cosa detta dal proprietario... perché Amdi non lo sapeva) l'auto l'ho presa lo stesso ( trattando il prezzo)... Ma la sorpresa più grande è stata quando, portando la macchina dal mio meccanico di fiducia, questo mi faceva notare che nel motore non c'era olio ....ma..melma!!!....nello stesso momento ho notato ( ma questa è responsabilità mia ) che le gomme avevano 12 anni!!! ... Ora mi chiedo...chi ha controllato questa macchina? Senza contare i tergicristalli caduti a pezzi al primo utilizzo... capisco che la macchina ha qualche anno...ma la serietà è un altra cosa.. qualche giorno fa ho avuto un piccolo problema al motore ed essendo in garanzia ho chiamato Amdi.... Sto ancora aspettando...
