While visiting Sicily, one of the things we ate in many places was arancini. We have tried in many places in Catania, Palermo, Taormina, Ragusa, Syracuse. We found the best in two places in Catania. One of these places was Arancineria Espresso Serafino. For a few days we tried almost all the types available (ragu, norma, pistacchio and mortadella, carbonarra). Each of them was delicious.
