Baia Blu — Attraction in Lerici

This is probably the best beach for anyone in La Spezia, however, this review is written to provide information about the surroundings and how to get there. If you are travelling by public transport, it is a 35-40 minutes bus ride from La spezia Centrale. Bus tickets cannot be purchased on the bus (unlike in Rome). We were fined €35 each for not having a bus ticket despite trying to ask the bus driver how to buy tickets and willing to get off and buying a bus ticket after we were told tickets needed to be bought from a bar. Once you get off the bus, it is a 15-20 minutes walk uphill and you reach a hotel area (this looks like a private resort) you have to walk downhill for about 10 minutes before you reach the private beach. The public beach is a very small area but nice enough. The water itself is full of rocks that cut your feet so not ideal unless you have aqua shoes. On the way back you have to walk uphill to get the bus back. Mind you, on the way back lots of people that work in the ship yard get on and it’s a real struggle on the bus. My overall recommendation is unless you have your own means of transportation, do not go to this beach, it isn’t worth your time and hassle. This is a place I’d gladly never...

Telefono il giorno precedente per una prenotazione parlo con la direzione mi dicono di seguire la procedura online poiché la stessa è più sicura per avere un ombrellone e lettini sicuri . Al termine della telefonata chiedo , conoscendo la nota riluttanza ligure ad accogliere gli animali , se accettano il nostro piccolo cane e (non nego, con stupore) mi sento rispondere ASSOLUTAMENTE SI I CANI SONO BEN ACCETTI! Bene rispondo io provvedo ad effettuare il pagamento Il giorno successivo dopo un viaggio di un ora mia moglie mia figlia la mia piccola Gina ed io ci presentiamo all ingresso ma quell assolutamente si sì era trasformato in ASSOLUTAMENTE NO . Comincia un giro di interrogazioni fra di loro per sapere chi aveva risposto ( fornisco anche numero ed orario , 11,58, della telefonata effettuata ) alla fine del quale mi confermano che la mia piccola Gina non poteva assolutamente entrare e che avrebbero solo provveduto al rimborso.. mi son arrabbiato ho chiesto spiegazioni! Gli ho detto che loro avevano creato il problema e che a loro sarebbe spettato di risolverlo, ma non è servito a niente.non hanno sentito storie . Ci hanno fatto accomodare con la tranquillità della serie avanti il prossimo . Naturalmente ho fatto già la denuncia alle autorità e segnalazione alla federconsumatori . Beautiful beach with the bonus of a pool a couple of levels higher. From noon there’s a self-service buffet. The coffee is very good.
