San Terenzo the Marinella beach — Attraction in Lerici

San Terenzo The Marinella Beach is beside the mountain where the San Terenzo medieval castle is. It has always clear water when I was there for one month in July. The beach is relatively small but the swimming area is quite wide with a view to the Lerici Castle and Porto Venere. The beach us about 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and pizza places. Sometimes the beach is close due to events arranged by Marinella or the art centre. They have a shower and a tap to clean yourself. There are also lifesavers and a security man. Clean and beautiful beach!!! We loved it!!! Watch out the stairs, though it’s not really that hard, just make sure not to bring so much stuff as it will be harder to bring it all back to the car park. It only took us 10 mins going to the beach and 15 minutes going back to where we parked the car. There’s also a nice shower to rinse up after, only to rinse. Parking is 5 euros for the whole day. Stupenda spiaggia, non agibile normalmente per l'alluvione che c'è stata anni fa, ci si può mettere sugli scogli e farsi il bagno da li, il mare è pulitissimo e pieno di pesci. Nuotando un minuto potrete arrivare alla spiaggetta che è stupenda con sabbia gialla di tufo(penso). Invece di vedere il lato negativo (non c'è l'accesso concesso alla spiaggia anche se in molti ci vanno scavalcando le inferiate) io vedrei quello positivo: il fatto che sia meno visitata la rende più tranquilla, più bella, con più pesci. Le foto e i commenti di alcuni recensori sono sbagliate perché si sono confusi con l'altra spiaggia vicina che è in una zona più caotica, con più locali che comunque qui nn sono lontani.
