Out of 4 pizzas ordered I had the misfortune of ordering the crudo and porcini. Mine came out 5 mins first before the others. My family were really enjoying theirs but mine was just about average as if cooked from a frozen pizza box from a supermarket. The tomato base was tepid and watery and the mushrooms a waxy taste. Couple of slices of crudo and thankfully some fresh basil leaves to give it taste. We booked a day in advance as from experience it was always booked out, and the reviews excellent. I had high expectations but left very disappointed. As not to embarrass my family I waited until they left and informed the waiting staff of how poor my pizza was even though my family were extremely happy with theirs. I suppose a 75 per cent hit rate is good unless your in the 25 per cent bracket. Though my family be happy to go back again, I for one will give it a miss. il mio voto è dettato dal pessimo approccio del personale che ha il tipico modo di fare presuntuoso e saccente delle attività indipendenti a gestione famigliare che, concentrate sul prodotto e sui clienti stagionali, tratta con pochezza e poca professionalità i problemi che possono ahimè capitare. Avevamo ordinato due pizze con gorgonzola che mangiamo da anni una volta alla settimana in quanto “giornata libera” concessa dalla nostra dietologa: il risultato è che in una non c’era gorgonzola e nell’altra praticamente solo l’odore se non la fantasia (giudicate la foto Voi stessi). Il punto è che abbiamo sollevato il problema tre volte per sentirci per 2 volte trattati come dei rompiscatole con risposte presa in giro ricevendo infine una 3a risposta irriverente tipo “magari la prossima volta ne mettiamo di più,… tanto poi costa 1€uro”,…. ecco queste risposte vanno bene per una clientela di provincia che magari torna anche però ritengo che se giochi in serie “A” con la squadra della parrocchia finisce che fai auto gol. Ne conosco tanta di gente che fa così e nel tempo finisce sotto il 4 di media entro le 1.000 recensioni: risultato deludente se paragonato al prodotto che offri! Consiglio un direttore di sala esperto del customer service ed una bella formazione alle “ragazzine so tutto io e tu non capisci nulla”.
