Famila Market — Attraction in Palermo

Poor customer service. I bought wrong size product and I took it back to get a large size by paying the price difference, but unfortunately they rejected me. The workers there were very rude, and such people shouldn't be employed to work in such areas. They will drive potential customers away. This being my first time, I had such bad experience. "Better than nothing". The selection is limited, especially when it comes to organic natural foods (natural yogurt is a rarity...).

There are more security staff at the entrance/exit than cashiers. As a result, there are sometimes huge queues at the only checkout (and a lot of indignant customers).

The wine selection is also not particularly "upmarket".

Il supermercato è ben fornito ma il modo in cui pubblicizzano le offerte e i prezzi lo ritengo un po' da furbetti e poco onesto per i clienti . Sul volantino pubblicano un'offerta con relativa foto e poi quando si arriva all'acquisto il prodotto non é in offerta ma lo è la sua variante. Mi chiedo perché allora mettere la foto sbagliata! Poi alla cassa ovviamente quando si fa presente l'errore o si paga o si deve aspettare che con i loro comodi rettifichino l'errore, diano il rimborso e a quel punto devi andare nuovamente a prendere il prodotto e poi rifare la fila. Mi é successo piu di una volta. Altra cosa per i prezzi. Se non accettate le monetine mi chiedo perché fate i prezzi sempre con virgola. Es. se non volete dare resto e non volete che vi si diano i soldi contati perché dovete sgobbarci qualche centesimo perché anziché scrivete 2,99€ non scrivete 3€. Non é tanto per i centesimi ma proprio una questione di onestà verso il cliente che vi sceglie. Da sottolineare poi la lentezza infinita...
