Questa lunga distesa di spiaggia bianca, che alterna lidi privati ad ampi tratti di spiaggia libera, parte a nord di Tropea e finisce nella località di Parghelia, qualche km più su, proseguendo nella spiaggia di Vardano. Contrariamente a quest'ultima, però, qui è più semplice parcheggiare (anche se a pagamento). Questa parte di spiaggia è più affollata perché più vicina a Tropea, e l'acqua non è così pulita (a volte), a differenza della parte più settentrionale, perché è vicina al porticciolo. La sabbia è formata da granelli e pietruzze di quarzo, dal colore bianco, abbastanza comoda, anche se la battigia è bella in salita! Mare dalle bellissime gradazioni...
