I saw some people complaining about the staff’s attitude, but I don’t think that’s fair. I can understand why the staff need to be strict—after all, the design of this cable car requires passengers to stay cautious in order to ensure safety. Naturally, the staff approach their work with seriousness, and their tone may sometimes come across as blunt. After all, if passengers are careless, it can lead to safety risks. (While waiting in line, I even saw twice where joking passengers nearly missed boarding, and it was the staff who pulled them onto the car in time.)

If you want to be shouted at with words like "idiot" and other filthy sentence just because you get off the cable car a bit too slow (although it's your first time there), that's a perfect place to go. I have absolutely no idea where they find such kind of staff to run this cable car. I wonder what they have been feeded during their upbringing so that their mouth stinks so much.

When the cabin comes near you the crew is ready to push you on, since the door is from the hind side of the cabin and it does not slow down. The crew also helps you when getting out, since you have to jump out (again) from the hind side of the cabin while it moves forward. We had a laugh each time we got on.
