I wish I can rate 5 for this place but we didn't have the chance to explore more of this area due to string wind and light rain. We did dropped by and took photo at the observatory deck. Didn't do much. Just stroll a bit. Fyi, there were toilets and free parking if you're...

From the Visitor center, it’s just a short walk across the bridge and then a short climb up this hill to reach the observatory platform.

The area is relatively empty perhaps due to the cold weather. The lake looks foggy and dreamy...
