Azzurro — Restaurant in Chitose

Today I went to see the lake shikotsu. There is one special western restaurant just sitting in front of the lake. The restaurants got a nice open lake view.

And yet, the lunch menu got three course 1800 yen and four courses 2800 yen.

I picked the 1800 yen. The appetizers is salad. The salad is really fresh and the bacon is very tender and soft.

The main is minced Wagyu beef spaghetti. The spaghetti is cooked perfectly, very bouncy and chewy. And the minced beef is very rich , with strong beef taste together with cheese and tomato flavor, it is simply delicious!

The dessert is peach flavor sorbet with Japanese jelly. It is lightly sweetened and tastes really fresh and light. Yummy

If you are in the area, this is definitely the place to have a different kind of meal, Italian, with a unbeatable view for the lake. Preferably, before sunset. The soup was interesting, with a bit of spiciness, which woke up our appetite. The squid was fried with a squid ink mix, tasty. The fish was fresh and simple flavor. The shrimp pasta's sauce was delicious, I didn't like the small 🦐 though, should have used prawns. The Hokkaido waygu was cooked nicely and very flavorful. ビブグルマンを獲得したことのあるレストランで楽しみにしてきました 感想は普通です どうしてホワイトアスパラのお皿の後に グリーンアスパラのお皿が出るのか？ オレンジソルベのお皿の後に ジェラートのお皿が出るのか？ パスタも普通 よく言うと素材を活かしたシンプルなお料理 ですね ただこのホテルの宿泊代に見合っていないと思いました

朝食は和食で釜炊きご飯とお膳がでます ご飯は美味しかったですが、おかずは 既製品を並べた感が否めないです しかもこのクラスのホテルの朝食は 北海道の場合とても豪華です それに比べるととてもシンプルな朝食でした ここもお値段に見合っていないです

朝食のデザートにヨーグルトが出るのですが どこのヨーグルトですか？ と聞くと、業務用のヨーグルトです。 とお答えがありました このお値段で、特別じゃないヨーグルト出すのもなかなかないですね

大変コスパが悪いホテルでした お料理もリピートしたいとは思わないですね もう少し宿泊費を下げれば 内容に見合ってきて料金相応、という感じになると思います 大変強気な料金設定だと思いました
