支笏湖で食す釣りたての『幻の魚ヒメマス』は、また別格！大衆食堂全としたヒメマス専門店だ！

『幻の魚』、支笏湖名物ヒメマスを中心に扱うヒメマス専門店だ。ヒメマスの刺身には冷凍物を使用しないという、こだわりがある。蕎麦、どんものなどもあり、支笏湖を訪れる家族連にはお勧めだ！

今回はヒメマス料理が目当てで、札幌へ戻る途中に支笏湖に立ち寄った。アイヌ語でチップとも呼ばれるヒメマスは、漁獲量が極端に少なく、本州ではすでに『幻の魚』とさえ言われているそうだ。現在は、もっぱら外食用向けに出荷されており、街の魚屋に出回ることはほとんどないらしい。

支笏湖は昔からちょっとしtら観光地であるが、最近は外国人の客もかなり多い。ホテルが何件かある湖畔には、土産や食事処の集まる観光客用の商店街がある。その中の多くの店がいかにも観光地の店といった感じで、旅行の楽しさを盛り上げてくれるのだが、料理自体は特筆するものでもない。まぁ、当然ではある。その中でもヒメマス専門店という立ち位置を確立し、固定のファンさえ持つのが、『食事処...

Best sockeye salmon we ever had for the trip. Fresh, tasty and cooked just right that it marvels our mouth. I ordered a Salmon set meals. The set surprised me with many type of salmon dishes. Love the grilled salmon with salt. So as the salmon sashimi in shop made mustard (the yellow one in the photo). 😄 The meal satisfied my taste bud with multiple salmon dishes. Ended with fragrance jelly....
