国道１２５号線の市役所入り口交差点を南に曲がり、公園通りを南に３００mほど南下する。目印は市役所、産業文化会館、地方庁舎市内巡回バス🚌ステーションを右手に見て水上公園🎄⛲入り口の信号🚥を通過する目前にある公園です。蒸気機関車の「C5726」が展示されている公園になります。詳しい説明は添付の画像をご覧ください。Cというのは旅客用に製造されて電化される前に活躍されておりました。蒸気機関車の西隣には市民プ－ルが目印になります。駐車場🅿️はプ－ルの南側に数台あるが、コミュニティセンターの利用者が使用して、ほとんど空いていない。市内巡回バス🚌のバスステーションに駐車して見学されるのが有効です。
