This is one of the cooler things I did in Japan. You can walk around a terse ninja museum upstairs where they have some interesting ninja tech. I was surprised by one. Then at the end there is a weapons room where a stationary museum guide can explain all the weapons. Afterward if you upgrade you are allowed to throw ninja stars. I highly recommend upgrading. I think they also sell un-sharpened ninja stars and this was the only place I saw this in Japan. Don’t pass up the museum gift shop. There are many items in there that I didn’t see anywhere else during my trip in Japan. Also their samurai sword umbrella is of higher quality than the others you will see. In addition it might be a long walk but I recommend you walk back to the train station from here. If you’re asking why it is because on your way back you will walk past the Samurai Museum and a Samurai village. Definitely worth a...

It was truly amazing to see real samurai and ninja weapons that are hundreds of years old. You could feel the history and craftsmanship in every piece. The atmosphere of the museum was powerful—you could almost sense the spirit of the past still lingering there.
What made the experience even more special was our wonderful guide. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I asked her all sorts of questions (some of them a bit silly!), but she answered every one of them with a smile. Thanks to her, the visit became ten times more fun and meaningful.
The shuriken throwing was so much fun—I didn’t want to leave!
I’m definitely coming back the next time I visit Kanazawa. Maybe then I’ll finally pick up a real samurai sword and become a true shinobi… like in Sekiro 🥷
Thank you so much for the...

Ninjabuki Museum gives you a slight sip of what these stoic and disciplined warriors.
This museum constsist of 2 levels. The ground floor is the gift shop and it's shuriken throwing alley which is situated at the back.
The first level is where all the artifacts are on show for the public.
The guide has knowledge about the weaponry, its uses and both Samurai and Ninja Shinobi go about their lives in Kanazawa.
Be mindful that it is a cramped space as it is built on an edo style house with low beams and tatami floor.
If you want to cut your teeth into their world and your in Kanazawa, why not do ninja rolls down to the muesem and be all mysterious..
I give 4/5...
