Kitakyushu Tourist Information Center — Attraction in Kitakyushu

Huge shoutout to the amazing team at the Kitakyushu tourist info center! We came for the stamp, but we left with amazing recommendations, including how to get to the best night view in all of Japan! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of helpful tips that made our trip very special. We only visited Kitakyushu on a daytrip and thanks to their recommendations, we discovered places we wouldn’t have found on our own and had such a memorable time exploring the city. They speak lots of languages (at least English, Japanese, Korean I’ve heard) and are able to help with all kinds of questions. We’ll definitely be back to Kitakyushu for a longer stay in the future and will return to this tourist info to ask about spots we’ve missed.

여행을 하면서 실수로 여권을 잃어버리게 되었습니다 경찰서에도 가보고 잃어버린 장소에도 가보았지만 찾을 수 없어 비행기를 놓쳤습니다 마음은 가라앉고 esim으로 여행을 와서 전화도 걸 수 없어 난감하던 때에 이곳이 눈에 들어왔습니다 다짜고짜 들어가 급한 마음으로 분실물을 찾는 저에게 있어 안에 계신 스태프 분들의 성의는 마음을 진정시켜주고 마치 자신에게 일어난 일인 것 처럼 직접 역 내 분실물이 있을 만한 모든 장소들을 함께 가주시고 결국 여권을 찾아 방방 뛰며 기뻐해주셨습니다 또 비행기를 놓쳐 곤란해하는 저에게 호텔을 예약해주시기도 하였습니다 지금까지 많은 곳들을 여행하고 또 많은 일들을 겪었었지만 오늘만큼 마음이 뭉클하고 또 기억에 크게 남을 만한 하루는 없을 것 같습니다 정말 감사드립니다 키타큐슈에 여행을 와 곤란한 일이 생기신다면 꼭 해당 관광안내소에서 도움을 받으시기를 바랍니다 정말로 친절하고 확실하게 도움을 주실 수 있는 분들이 자리 하고계십니다

旅行をしながら誤ってパスポートをなくしてしまいました 警察署にも行ってみて、失くした場所にも行ってみましたが、見つからなくて飛行機に乗り遅れました 心は沈み、esimに旅行に来て電話もかけられなくて困った時にここが目に入りました いきなり入って急いで忘れ物を探す私にとって中にいるスタッフの方々の誠意は心を落ち着かせ、まるで自分に起こったことであるかのように直接駅内の忘れ物があるようなすべての場所を一緒に行ってくれ、結局パスポートを探して飛び跳ねながら喜んでくれました また飛行機に乗り遅れて困る私にホテルを予約してくださったりしました 今までいろんな所を旅行してまたいろんなことを経験したが今日ほど心がじんとしてまた記憶に大きく残るような一日はないと思います 本当にありがとうございます 北九州に旅行に来て困ったことがあったら、ぜひ観光案内所で手伝ってもらってください 本当に親切で確実に助けてくださる方々が いらっしゃいます
