The time I spent at the hotel was so delightful that I feel compelled to share my feelings with you. First and foremost, I must commend the hotel staff for their exceptional service. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Prior to my check-in, the hotel proactively contacted us and kindly upgraded us to a family room, which truly touched my heart. The layout of the family room with one king bed and one single bed was perfect, providing utmost comfort for me and my family. Secondly, I must praise the hotel's breakfast. The wide array of delicious dishes energized me every morning. The lounge also provided an excellent spot for me to enjoy the magnificent night view of Kobe, an experience that I will never forget. Furthermore, the hotel's location is also superb. Situated next to the subway station, it offers convenient transportation, allowing me to explore every corner of Kobe with ease. Additionally, the Herb Garden of Nunobiki and the Kitano Ijinkan district are nearby, offering me the opportunity to experience the unique charm of Kobe. My satisfaction with The Crowne Plaza ANA Kobe has reached its peak. If I have the chance to visit Kobe again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel with outstanding value for money. I sincerely thank you and your team for providing me with such a wonderful experience.

Hotel that takes care of its guests, and accessible directly from the Shin-Kobe Station fully sheltered. Room is clean, good condition. We are happy with the condition even though it is not as modern looking. Hotel also provides eye mask (it gets bright at about 5am during our stay in late April), and bath powder. Location was great. In addition to direct connection to Shin-Kobe station, you can walk to a nearby waterfall that is about 300m away. There is a supermarket at Basement 3. Gym is located at 12th floor. Service delivery was good: receptionist can speak English, and is helpful. We were provided with an English-version information sheet listing wifi connection, housekeeping, parking, breakfast, as well as provision of ice (for free). Note that there is no laundromat where you can insert coin to wash your clothes: but you can use the laundry service at a charge. Areas for improvements: (1) Not easy to find air-con control. Air con can be controlled at bedside table via a dialing knob. Hote can consider listing it in the information sheet. (2) Use of swimming pool costs 2,200 yen when most hotels provide free for guests. Sauna/bath is at 3,300 yen.
