Hanazono Powder Guides & Niseko Weiss Cat — Attraction in Kutchan

We recently enjoyed a day of lift assisted side/back-country snowboarding in Niseko guided by Uchi. As a local skier who grew up in Hokkaido, Uchi's familiarity with the terrain and understanding of the conditions made the experience safe and enjoyable. My husband and I both agree that it was the best day of snowboarding we've ever had! I highly recommend using HPG if you're looking for an amazing day on the snow and want to learn a little more about the amazing terrain available in Niseko's side/back-country....

Although the conditions were not the best today, the guide took us to some very nice spots and even found us untouched powder! It was also cool getting the first tracks on the Hanazono groomers :)

The guide and booking staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Uchi-san (our guide) worked as a ski patroller for 11 years at Annupuri.
