Confusing menu (with a mix of Sichuan and Canto cuisine) and extraordinarily disappointing tastes. My friends and I, all having grown up in different regions of mainland China, have reached the unanimous conclusion that the food here would only please foreigners who are unfamiliar with the taste of authentic, well-prepared Chinese food. The steamed seasonal fish (we ordered kinki), priced at 20,000JPY, is awfully fatty and fishy. In a well-prepared steamed fish, the soy sauce flavor should seep into the meat when hot oil is poured over the fish during the final step of preparation. The fish we were served, however, would only start tasting of something when you vigorously swirl the meat in the overly oily sauce, which is not only ill-mannered but would cause the meat to break apart. The digestive track (虾线) of the shrimps in the spring roll were not removed, an absolutely unacceptable practice in Chinese cooking. The scallop was bland and needs A LOT more garlic. The black pepper stir-fry wagyu was way too oily. The roasted duck was dry and tasted like frozen meat. The grapefruit in the mango cream (杨枝甘露) is too bitter, a common trait of stale grapefruit. The steamed rice was too moist; tears of sorrow would flow down my cheek by the first bite if I were the rice farmer. Though the waitress and waiters did their best, the overall dining experience was ruined by the...
Read moreWe went for their weekend special all you can eat lunch. It's a wide selection of small dishes and served with tea. The service is nice and fast and the waiters are very friendly. We have been coming here since opening in 2020 and the food quality has been changing ever since. It is a hit and miss kind of place. For Niseko locals it's a great value to have yum cha in the village. But the portions have become smaller and some dishes are not as good as they have been the first season. Nonetheless we will come back again and hope that they will improve the charsiu ban, charsiu pork which is too sweet in my opinion. Custard bun was a...

Booked this for our second night at the hotel with a group of 4 and we were hungry after a day of skiing and this didn't disappoint.
To begin, they served housemade peanuts and pickles - very delicious to start with. Fried rice had wok hei and a generous amount of scallops, the char siu and roast pork juicy, the stir fried scallops were nice and big, jellyfish very well seasoned. The longest wait was our last order of pork belly which was interesting but they came and apologised for that wait time, which was very...
