I ordered 1 pizza and 1 chicken combo. After the payment, I was told there they cannot make it Togo order. I ask if I can cancel and get refund, staff said no. Make sense I should have ask first. Then I ask if they can put pizza in a separate paper box, they laughed at me. And said no. Then they ask me to put the pizza in the same paper box as crispy chicken. The reason I order food is I have a toddler and it’s very hard to get him out at 6pm in -6C. I was very polite and said sorry for the trouble several times. But it was clearly they were laughing at me several times in Japanese. It’s not funny to laugh at a customer who did nothing wrong and there should be a sign there say NO TAKE OUT. It was a Japanese formal chef and male chef. I hope the management see this and ask them to stop this kind of behavior. But I guess I should have known it since it’s a 3.8 star rating cafe. IMO, it should have...
Read moreBy Japanese standards, this is a luxury ski resort restaurant. It looks fresh and that's a lot better than everything else I have experienced in this region. Still, in the eyes of a European, this place remains just a big canteen. It was the place where I thought for once to deviate from the Japanese dishes and just have a hamburger. If you're going to eat here at least avoid the hamburger (although now I also question the pasta bolognese).
The cakes that were served at the coffee corner were very tasty. I recommend...

The most use case is “eating”, but we do not travel to Niseko just to get stuffed. It’s to enjoy the taste while spending time relaxing with friends. The menu and how the dishes are prepared has not entirely escaped the school lunch operation mentality. They should have a sufficient back end to improve, to tweak the food arrangement appearance and taste. Good luck, I have high...
