Great Resort, but had terrible experience with the Hot Tempered Japanese Ski Rental Manager. It is our Annual Family time to the beautiful resort but ruined by the impatient Hot Tempered Japanese Ski Manager. The Australian expats working there are really helpful, but please be careful with the Japanese Manager there. I have had a great ski day but was treated badly by him and my son after when we asked for help to take off our boots after long day skiing. When I told him hey many don’t be an asshole and have better attitude treating customer, he wants to pick a fight with me and asked me to leave to shop and told me not to come there again. Hopefully, other customers did not have the same bad experience with the Japanese Manager. For Niseko Hanazono administration reading. Please review this Japanese Manager or better yet change him . He is making a bad name for the beautiful Niseko Hanazono Resort, with Japanese custom treatment supposed to be helpful and not hot tempered...
Read moreWe recently booked a snowmobile experience with Hanazono 308, and it turned out to be nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish. They are incredibly knowledgeable about snowmobiling, which made us feel confident and well-prepared throughout the adventure.
The entire experience was thrilling and unforgettable. The trails were breathtaking, offering stunning views of the snow-covered landscape that we could never have explored on foot. The guides were not only skilled but also friendly and patient, taking the time to ensure everyone was comfortable with the equipment and had a chance to enjoy the ride at their own pace.
The snowmobiles themselves were well-maintained and easy to operate, even for beginners. Whether you're new to snowmobiling or an experienced rider.
This was, without a doubt, one of the best outdoor experiences we've ever had. we highly recommend Hanazono 308. It's an experience you'll...
Read moreGreat slopes for beginners and families. One of the widest area for learners in the area, compared to Hirafu and Annapuri.
Has a long moving travelator (abt 100m) for the beginners. It gives an option for those wanting to learn skiing/snowboarding with friendly slopes and those that just wanna have fun tubing. There are at least 2 tube runs which are 100m long as well. Good family fun. Best of all, its all in one area, where you can see your kids with a watchful eye.
Food is great as well with alot of variety and ample sitting place right next to the ski field. I was there at peak season and could still find seats, although it was a little diffifcult. (Compared to the Grand Hirafu, where we stood and ate)
Highly Recommended if you are looking for a more chill and relaxing resort.
The resort is also connected to the ski park, which makes it convenient for a ski in ski...
