it's clean and easy place you can find it. information board already have english/romanji language/character. the staff very friendly and warmness. if you difficult to get direction just go to the staff and they will answer with easy undertsanding. in some case,i lost my daily card train in front of station.and fortunately the staff found it and call my company to give information that they found my card. and i still not believe and understand how they can found my company and phone them to give information. except they have good system. because i'm foreigner and all data possibility already syncronize between the system. my sugesstion for improvement are: better you use "tap" card so possibility too lose is smaller,because you can keep it togheter with id card lost and found should be open more longer,current open from 9-6 and for me that going home at 6.08 never get it but overall it's...

The idiot behind the counter issued me a limited express ticket to nagano and directed me to the wrong platform. Thanks to him, I now have to take a local train from the wrong station: which will take me longer to get there. In addition to that, on my journey from Kawaguchiko to Nagano, this station was particulary troublesome when going to the wrong platform with the wrong train. It is caused by O-ito Line that is not ready for Suica and Pasmo IC cards, and many stations on the railway line stop selling tickets from late afternoon when the passenger volume increases.
