In general a good hotel with a relatively good location - opposite JR Nagasaki station so it’s convenient to get the mass transportation. closed to the streetcar or tram stop and also closed to Amu shopping mall and the shops at Nagasaki JR station. It's about 20-30 mins walk to Chinatown or what I see at downtown Nagasaki. Rooms are well appointed and also well sized. Rooms seems to have been well maintained. Very good sleep with not much noice from both internal or external. The area is very quiet during the night ( and safe as expected) and the main gate closed between 12 am to 6 am. Breakfast offerings was very good - although I'm not sure if I will pay for it if it's not included in the room rate - I will just go over to the Staff are friendly and helpful but some front cant speak english fluently , especially while check out and payment and this takes so long , and this caused us to catch the next ferry at 1130am, not 1045 am which we previously planned. This is the only issue I give them 4 stars this time. For another issues, they are good as their standards.

My 1st time to visit Nagasaki and to stay at Hilton Nagasaki. Truly exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of luxury that sets the tone for my stay. The hotel’s location was perfect with easy access to Nagasaki Station. I stayed at the King Deluxe Room which was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The breathtaking view of the harbor from the higher floor was simply mesmerizing. One of the highlights of my stay was the impressive breakfast buffet with an extensive selection of dishes to suit every palate. And I want to emphasize that the staff deserved special commendation for their exceptional service. Professional, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had the memorable stay.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Nagasaki in may. The corner room had a stunning view and we got a little surprise in our room because we just got engaged. That was super sweet! The location is great, you can do a lot by foot or just use the tram, which is nearby. The breakfast has a lot of japanese options, even japanese curry (kare) which is one of my favorite foods in Japan! The hotel has its own little beautiful onsen, which we used a lot. A special thank you to Mr. Shingo Kanemoto and the whole team of the sushi restaurant Tamatsurumi. It was a highlight on our Kyushu-Trip to watch the sushi chef prepare our food before our eyes. Simply delicious! If we come back to Nagasaki, we will stay in the Hilton again! Thank you!

This is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at in nearly 5 years. It is perfect from all angles. There is careful and detailed attention to all aspects of the experience: from check-in experience, to the room design, amenities, restaurants and services. The rooms are large and perfect. The housekeeping is extremely good, the staff are kind and attentive. Since the hotel is newly built, the room are extremely new and unused. I’ve had a deluxe room so I had two large windows (overseeing Nagasaki). The sheets are extremely comfy. They have three restaurants (one with extremely good sushi) and one bar. Gym, sauna and hot bath (onsen) facilities. Great breakfast. The hotel is 1 minute away from the train station. The hotel is perfect.

When I visited in February with my daughter, I was grateful to the young lady in the lobby who greeted us with a bright smile and carried our luggage to the room. When it started raining, she kindly offered us umbrellas in advance. She was such a beautiful person. At the executive lounge, I was served by a true professional, someone I had only heard about in stories. His skills were genuine and thanks to him, I felt very reassured throughout the trip. Even in the rainy weather, Nagasaki became a happy memory because of him. Whenever I think of Nagasaki after returning, I remember the clean, cozy room and the kind staff I met at the hotel. Although it’s a bit late, I want to express my gratitude. I’d love to visit again.

I didn't want to leave bad review since I'm only staying one night in here. However, during my breakfast meal, I was the only one being asked and sign to check out on the bill and this made me so frustrated and uncomfortable. The person whom brought me the check was wearing a suit and I guess he is a front manager for retaurant. Customers suppose to take little note on the table to the "cashier" whenever the meal is done and ready to leave but my case wasn't that. Hmmmm seems like I've been discrimated or they don't want their customer stay too long!. BTW this happened only less 1 hour of my stay at my breakfast.
