It was Sunday-Monday staycation for our family of four ( 2 adults, a baby and a toddler). Lobby was small with just a bit of space to let waiting guests sit on. But the interior was very good. The front desk female staff on that Sunday was not smiling at all, maybe you can try to change that. Answering inquiries did not feel like it was a hotel staff. It takes a little to make a good review. We picked this hotel because it has the largest bath tub that my kids can play on, it is separate from the toilet and the wash area. Our room is on the 3rd floor premium family room (if I remember correctly room 306). It was a little tight on space but just enough for my 1-year-old baby to crawl around and for my toddler to go here and there. There was a small table for meals just enough for two people to dine. The fridge can only fit 3 1.5-litre-bottles or 8 small cans of beer stacked. It does not cool too much but there’s an available ice machine on the third floor and drinking glasses that you can use. The window is small but it was just enough to let the sunlight in on a good weathered day. No view, just the streets outside and the convenience store. You can open it to let the night lights in and so won’t feel cramped. Many people use this hotel just to sleep on it, but we used it to stay from check-in 15:00 to check-out 11:00. We had fun just watching regular shows on the tv (would be much better if they can offer casting using your personal device but they don’t have it) and letting the kids play around the room. Pillows were a bit hard but it was just fine for us adults. Bed and sheets were clean. Just not perfectly clean room as there were still strands of whatevers and hairs on the windows and the carpet floor. The room-regulated airconditioning was a plus because you can adjust it to your liking. Interior and lighting was relaxing and cozy. We had good naps and a good night sleep. Breakfast staff were very attentive and jolly. 5 stars for them. Thank you for the little chit chat and a good service. It made our day. The food options was just right for a breakfast meal. We’re just sad about the sausage. It was bland and sad. There was chicken wings on the website but there was none on that Monday morning when we ate there. So I was a bit sad. But the toast and the freshly cooked eggs were tasty and we loved it. Hot chocolate is what I recommend for your kids to try. It was sweet.

Great value, especially for Japan! Very modern and new hotel, it feels a bit like a boutique hotel with half the price tag. It has everything you need and even a coffee machine in the room. House keeping will leave new towels etc outside your door if you have put the 'do not disturb' sign on. Japanese style bathroom with a bath, separate shower and toilet. Sink is also separate which is a little strange. About 3 mins walk to the closest Hisaya-odori station exit 4A, the surrounding area has lots of night clubs and restaurants. Recommended if you're visiting in Nagoya!

It is located in Nagoya's famous red light district. I would not recommend to any family with children. Nearby streets are full of garbage, dirty, filthy and noisy. The room is small and just okay. It is beginning to show signs of physical decline, e.g., elevator doors are damaged with scratches . The laundry room is small and not so clean. I would not choose this hotel or any hotels near this area. Please note the parking is super expensive at JPY2000 per night (3p-11a, not 24 hours) and you do not have in & out privilege. Overall avoid this area if you can.

The Hotel Room are nice and quite big. The amenities and toilet are cool. The location are quite strategic. But... They have weird policy. We booked for twin bed, which commonly use for 2 people, yet they charge Us because they said we booked only for 1 person stay. So for the twin bed, they have 1 or 2 people option with different charge. I've been to Tokyo, Osaka, Kanazawa, Takayama, and this is the only Hotel that have this policy.

The hotel is amazing and surprising. The staff at the front desk (especial Mr.Muri, a man who is very considered, kind, and always beyond my expectations.) is professional, make me feel very respected and fulfill my ever needs. Both the room and bathroom are new, clean, bright, and comfortable. Also the breakfast is very delicious and with a warm environment.
