Beware of unprofessional scheduling will ruin your holidays.

We booked 3 half day and 1 full day sessions. But the company changes instructor in the last day. Instructor needs time to become familiar with the students on their skill and progress. If they have difficulty in keeping the same instructor, they should say it in the booking process and let the client aware and decide. Most guests only ski on a week in Niseko and the company should consider the client's feeling before doing this kind of last minute change. I am very...
