Beautiful view. If you're in Nobiri Betsu, I highly recommend coming here to see this gorgeous lake filled with onsen. You can either drive here or walk/bike here. If you're walking, there's trail coming from the hell valley, I'd say it's about an hour walk. We didn't know so we ended up walking the whole way in Yugi (Japanese room ware) and sandals because we thought it'd be like 10 minute walk. It's usually busy, but if you're lucky, you can...

Oyunuma Pond, the larger of the two enchanting ponds in this area, is an absolute must-see destination. Situated amidst the serene landscape, it beckons visitors with its captivating beauty. A paid parking area conveniently bridges the gap between Oyunuma Pond and its smaller counterpart, Okunoyu Pond.

While the activities may be limited, the sheer magnificence of Oyunuma Pond is reason enough to visit. Its tranquil waters and picturesque surroundings promise a moment of pure serenity and awe-inspiring...

This scenic spot is just beside the car park which cost 500yen for single entry to thIs carpark here, as well as the carpark next to hell valley. Should be quite ok for anyone to visit and look around the natural geological attraction here. Beside this carpark, there is a hiking point entry to visit the Oyunuma Lookout observation deck. Not recommended for people with small children or poor balancing or without proper shoes, trekking path is strewn with loose rocks and slippery muddy surfaces the...
