耕三寺潮聲閣（ちょうせいかく）。（202008） ※国登録有形文化財。昭和初期の見事な日本建築。 邸宅や庭園、障壁がも一見の価値はある。

書院造りで、和洋を複合させた大邸宅。 瀬戸田に住んでいたご母堂への報恩のために建築した。

耕三寺に行ったら、是非訪れてほしい…昭和初期に、当時の一流の技術を用いられて建てられた邸宅は、耕三寺耕三の母親の隠居所。 細部にわたり贅を尽くされているが、障子を開けた窓枠からの日本庭園の美しさ、茶道の『侘び寂び』を感じる。
