Being underground, this shopping arcade can be a little crowded in parts as it connects various stations in the umeda area. It can be nice to shop at if the weather outside is bad, but the air isn't the freshest even if it's circulating.
There are a variety of outlets, but unless it's limited to this arcade, or you're passing through but also have time to spare before changing trains or something, I don't see a big appeal to specifically going here.

We found an entrance right outside the station after we found the trippy elephant statues lol we got there early so places were just opening up.
