Sapporo City Sewage Science Museum is a unique and educational stop near Asabu Station, the northern end of the Namboku subway line. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the station on foot. I decided to visit after reading some reviews on Google, as I enjoy exploring museums in Japan. The museum is mainly in Japanese, so if you don’t understand the language, you might want to reconsider. There are no English-speaking guides, and the visit is self-guided, with explanation panels and video presentations about Sapporo’s sewage and drainage systems. The exhibits are visually well-designed and engaging, especially for children. There are interactive machines and play areas themed around water and sewage systems, making it both fun and informative for young visitors.

トイレや汚水の処理などとてもわかり易く学べました。大人でも真剣に学べば気づきの多い施設だと思いました。
子供は一階のプロジェクションマッピング、二階の疑似ドローン操作、微生物探しに夢中になっていました。
一階には他にも塗り絵とキッズスペースがあって小さい子供でも楽しめます。
また行ってみようと思います。
