Gyūkatsu Ichihana — Restaurant in Sapporo

Arrived at the restaurant early dinner time, so we got a parking space and also a table for 4 easily. A traditional Japanese style dining - sitting on the floor. Legs get achy after a while because we're not used to sitting on the floor often, but it is all part of the experience. Food was amazing! we opted for the premium beef cuts and also a standard one for comparison, and there was a huge difference. The fillet and Chateaubriand was so soft, nice and tender and melts in your mouth. The standard cutlet was good, but you could feel the difference. 100% recommend trying this out if...

Gyukatsu is on order at this great restaurant near Shin Kotoni Station. The beef is deep fried (katsu-style) but is served rare in the center. Our sets were delicious and while Tonkatsu (Pork) tends to have a more dynamic flavor, we enjoyed the delicate taste of the Gyukatsu here.

Small and cozy restaurant.

Went in around 4PM and there was no one at all. Staff was very accommodating and provided me an English menu.

Ordered the beef katsu set. It is fried till rare as stated in their menu. Salt, wasabi, and soy sauce was provided to season to taste. I felt that the beef was alright. It was very soft and easy to bite for rare but I would prefer more texture. It was not very...
