Gyukatsu is on order at this great restaurant near Shin Kotoni Station. The beef is deep fried (katsu-style) but is served rare in the center. Our sets were delicious and while Tonkatsu (Pork) tends to have a more dynamic flavor, we enjoyed the delicate taste of the Gyukatsu here.
