There is a shop at the entrance that sells swimming suits or even rent out swimming suits. You can buy goggles and waterproof handphone covers. Life vest and arm floats are available for kids. Size from a S to LL which can be used for adults There is a shallow pool at the side filled with balls for kids. 4 heated spa pools. The waves come every 30 mins. It's very strong at the start of the pull. There are baths but we couldn't enter due to cleaning. There is a cafe and a gelato stall. Staff are friendly and most are able to converse in english.
