Camaro Steak Diner — Restaurant in Shimukappu

Was there by myself. Ordered a set menu then sat down and waited for 25 minutes. While others who came behind me are being served with food, I got nothing but a drink that came at the beginning. When I asked for my order they say there’s another 15 minute wait, and I got not even a soup served to me. People who came after me got their food all set in place. I ask so what can they do, the only solution they have is tell me to wait another 15 minutes. By now it’s been more than 30 minutes past and I got nothing but a ginger ale. I didn’t get to experience the food but this service is not...

Food was served very slowly. I have been waiting for over 40 minutes and have only received 3 out of the 6 course add on that I ordered. The steak came shortly after.

My companion has received the main dish but not the rice and soup, which can be quickly served. This was served after we asked a second staff for it.

Food: what has been served so far is good but it could be because I am starving. The steak was nice but probably not worth ¥6800. Nonetheless I enjoyed it.

Place: smoky with bad ventilation....

Short queue for dinner time during the ski season. The restaurant is bigger than other ones in Hotalu, so the table turnover is quick fast.

Ordered venison and hokkaido beef. They serve on a sizzling plate and a heating block to sear. Both are delicious and excellent. I prefer the beef more, as it melts in my mouth. I dont recommend getting the set (bread, soup, fries, etc). Maybe better to just order full serving of fries.
