Read the reviews on Google and decided to try the Hokkaido ramen with miso soup, and it was the best decision! When it was laid down in front of me, I could also smell the wonderful aroma that seems to be sesame oil. The bowl was overflowing with wonderful toppings, including quail’s eggs, generous helping of scallops, crabs claws, prawns, chashu that tastes like roast, chunky menma and lots of scallions. The noodles were also wonderfully cooked al dente style, nice and chewy. There were also little details like the pretty paper sleeves in which the disposable chopsticks were kept. Very enjoyable experience!

The waitress there was crazy. There were so many empty tables but she just let people get frozen in -11℃ outside. Apparently she did this on purpose and I went in to complain after waiting outside for about an hour and half during which only 4-6 people were let in. Finally she let me and 5 more people come in and we placed our orders when there are 8 seats+. The funniest part of this story is that after half an hour of waiting for my food and the people came in with us had already finished, this lady came to us and said “sorry your order is not placed”.
