It’s a great spot for enjoying the scenery—you can overlook the city of Shizuoka on one side and admire the majestic Mount Fuji on the other. However, visibility depends heavily on the weather; if the weather is bad, Mount Fuji won’t be visible. The observation deck is free of charge. There is a large parking lot, and next to it is a cable car that goes to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine.
