An amazing find. It seems to be one of those organised tour groups stops but when we came, it's off peak with only a few groups of visitors. The place is well designed, spacious, with a good far view of Mt Fuji. Would recommend anybody passing by to drop by for a visit. In addition, we learnt of a lovely history about the place as well at the exhibition.

Great views and free! If you want you can grab fresh Shizuoka green tea or many if the local omiyage. What was really nice was the volunteer guide who spoke a bit of English and walked us through what we were looking at. While it didn't take a whole lot of time it was free and the views proved to be worth the visit!

A scenic spot that represents Japan. The beauty of Mount Fuji on a clear day is breathtaking. Also, you can enjoy a cafe in the beautiful architecture designed by Kengo Kuma, which focuses on the fusion of nature and the city. It's a pity that the quality of the food and drinks at the cafe is low.

Great place to learn about Nihondaira. The view is great. You can see not only Fuji Mountain but also Alps. On the top of Nihondaira was full of grass, flowers, and tree smells. People here are very nice and friendly to foreigners. I had a great time. Good place to come.

Free observation deck for Mt Fuji view. You can just relax and have some green tea and sweets on the second floor . Went there on weekends , pretty busy place on holidays so it is better to go early . It is a bit far to get to but you can get bus from Shizuoka station .
