Eiji Tsuburaya Museum — Attraction in Sukagawa

On of the reviewed mentioned one word about this place which is "Wow".. I agree Wow this place is comfortable. Might be the best space I have ever been to in Japan. If you are an Ultraman fan or Special Effect fan for kaiju or want to learn more about special effect for Kaiju, this place is great. This is THE place to study them. You can see some Kaiju sculpture here( and see the rest of them and the Ultramans outside around the city). On the top floor they have Eiji Tsuburaya Museum where you can learn about the behind the scene for movies like Ultraman or Godzilla for FREE!! . The only downside is you are not allow to take pictures or videos. Below there is study room and a library with varieties of books. They also have a radio station(if i am not mistakeb) and a huge playground for you childre. There is a cafe and Lawson on the 1sr floor. There is also a special exhibtion near the entrance(depending on schedule at that time, it may be different). Great fun! We walked there from the rail station, which was uphill most of the way, but only took about 30 minutes. But, take the time to walk there when you go, as there are Ultraman statues and street light displays all along the way. The museum is free, but be sure to visit the gift shop next door, plus the individual toy shop a bit further down. Lots of cool stuff to spend...
